The firm’s summer
program is designed to provide law and financial
students with wide exposure to all the practice
areas of the firm. This is accomplished through a
rotation system by which each associate is rotated
at two-week intervals through as many areas of
practice as may be accomplished during the summer.
In this way, our summer associates work under the
direct supervision of our professionals in their
practice areas.
Upon arriving at the
firm, all summer associates are assigned "mentors,"
professionals who will help guide them through the
summer, answer questions and generally serve as a
sounding board for questions and concerns which
might arise. Lynn Claire LLP prefers to hire from
its summer associate class. It is a principle of the
recruiting process that the number of summer
associates hired for the summer typically
corresponds to the number of permanent associates
which the firm intends to hire the following year.
